Registration Period
Students and employees of the cooperative universities are able to register online or personally at the SportCAMPUS at the start of the program for the coming semester. Registration for guests and alumni is also possible from the start of the program if capacities are available.
Registering for the gym CAMPUSFit is possible at any time of the year if pre-conditions are fulfilled. Using the climbing hall KletterCAMPUS is also possible at any point of the year.
Registration for Break Program 2024/25 is open from
January 20, 2025
SEPA Direct Debit and E-Mail
Due to the introduction of SEPA Direct Debit according to EU law, IBAN and BIC are needed to complete the registration for fee-based courses. You need a valid e-mail address to complete your registration.
Public Holidays and School Vacations
There are no courses on public holidays.
In addition, all courses in the school gyms are also cancelled during school vacations.

Students and Employees
Students and guest students (student rate) as well as employees and visiting scholars (employee rate) of LUH as well as cooperating universities and partners in Hanover and Lower Saxony may participate in Hochschulsport.
Students, guest students, employees and guest scientiests, who are not members of cooperating universities or partners in Hanover or Lower Saxony / Bremen are considered guests.

Guests and Alumni
Guests and alumni (guest rate) may only participate in courses of the additional offer in the general sports program, as well as the courses included in the FitCard. Guests and Alumni may also peruse the KletterCAMPUS.
Registration Procedure in sports courses which are basic or additional offers
The different sports you can practice are either in the basic or in the additional offer. In order to take part in these courses, first you have to book the digital semester card. A further registration for the courses is only possible after booking the semester card.
The semester card includes the basic offer for students and employees, which means that there are no additional costs for courses in the basic offer. Guests are not allowed to take part in courses that are part of the basic offer.
Students and employees as well as guests can take part in the additional courses. The courses of the additional offer are subject to a fee.
Digital Semester Card
Before you are able to book your desired sports courses, you first have to book the semester card. This card is the booking requirement for participation in sports courses in the basic or additional offer.
Sports A-Z
Under "Sports from A-Z" you can get an overview of the sports offers. In the course descriptions, you can see whether your favorite sport is in the basic or additional offer and which registration requirements apply to your desired course.
Registration Procedure FitCard
By booking the FitCard you have the opportunity to extend your individual sports program via a fitness flatrate. You can flexibly arrange your fitness week: You can start at any time and choose the term (3, 6 or 12 months). By booking the FitCard the services of the semester card are included. Therefore, you do not need to book a semester card in advance. If you are a student or employee you additionally benefit from the courses of the basic offers which are also included.
On top of that, when having a FitCard, you can directly book your favourite courses of the additional offers.
FitCard
With the FitCard you can flexibly attend all group fitness courses in university sports. A semester card is not required for booking the FitCard. The services of the semester card are included in the FitCard!
Registration Procedure CAMPUSFit
In order to exercise in our own university gym, you need to book a CAMPUSFitCard. Before booking this card, you need to participate in a studio instruction and a trial training session by booking the CAMPUSFit Starter Package.
After the trial period you can book a CAMPUSFitCard for 3, 6 or 12 months. For training at the CAMPUSFit no semester card is necessary. You want to participate additionally in group fitness courses? Then we can recommend to book a CAMPUSFit Premium contract which includes the FitCard.

Book our convenient starter package and experience our pleasant gym atmosphere, our team of student trainers and state-of-the art equipment during your trial period. After the trial workout, you are able to book a CAMPUSFit-Card (training card) and exercise regularly in the gym.

The CAMPUSFit-Card (training card) is your eligibility for independent training in our gym. Choose from the different rates and terms the offer that suits you best!
Registration Procedure KletterCAMPUS
You can easily choose and book a climbing course in our course program. In order to participate in climbing courses, the semester card is not necessary. In addition, you want to attend other courses of the basic or additional offers? Then you need to book a semester card.
Are you already experienced in climbing independently? Then there is the opportunity to book a climbing subscription. More information about our rates can be found here: Rates KletterCAMPUS.
Furthermore, the semester card is included in your subscription so that you don’t need to book this one separately.
