The sports facilities on the SportCAMPUS and our busses are only available for hire if there is free capacity.
Requests for rentals must be made at least 14 days in advance.

Pricing and fees Sports Facilities
Prices and fees are determined by the scale of fees of Leibniz University. Accordingly, prices are subject to the division of events into different categories. The price per hour is determined by which category the event belongs to.
The scale of fees contains three pricing categories.
- Category I: Members and organisations of cooperating universities
- Category II: non-profit organisations
- Category III: guests and for-profit organisations
The prices quoted are net prices and do not include tax (VAT). Long term rentals (six months & over) are exempt from VAT.

Who may rent: The ZfH rents out two nine-seater buses via the registered support association Universitätssportclub Hannover e. V. (USC). The buses are primarily rented out to (university sports) groups to enable participation in competitions and sporting events outside Hanover.
Special features: The buses are rented out exclusively for passenger transportation. The seats may not be removed or used for other purposes (e.g. removals). Terms of use and conditions of use.
Rental price per day: € 50,00 incl. 100 free kilometers per day, each additional kilometer is charged at € 0,30.
Remarks: Online booking is not possible. Rentals must be made by sending a personal request to the university sports team via vermietungen@zfh.uni-hannover.de. Please note the lead time of at least 14 days.
